Governing Council

InterFraternity Council The InterFraternity Counci (IFC) is the student organization responsible for goverening the 11 fraternities at Illinois State University.  It meets weekly to address the needs of its Greek members as well as promote the common ideals of brotherhood, scholarship and service.

Mission Statement The Fraternal Community will be the premier organization on the Illinois State University campus.  We will achieve superior levels of academic achievement, in addition to being a substantial influence in both the Student Government Association and other organizations at Illinois State University.  The network of Fraternities will be intertwined to encourage both social and professional connections at Illinois State and beyond.  We will strive to improve the surrounding community by becoming productive and active citizens.  To achieve this mission, we must have a strong brotherhood, along with active participation, to increase membership and exceed individual expectations.
